I believe that we all have an innate superpower- the ability to adapt and change our narrative! As someone who felt challenged, tapping into my confidence during my formative years, to my transition from a Corporate Trainer to an Executive Coach and Change Leader is living proof of that.
I carry with me over 20 years of successful partnerships with organizations across all sectors that include Hospitality, Retail, Finance, Aviation & Logistics infusing a strategic lens into any project. My tailor-made approach supersedes a ‘one size fits all’, making it unique to the business needs and values. Values often being a vague analogy, I help translate them into relatable feelings that employees can embody effortlessly. Taking into consideration the various generational and cultural needs also plays a vital role
in my change management strategy.
Adding multi-sensory tools and fun elements like gamification, I convert complex jargon into simple concepts that are not just easily digestible but actionable too. My passion is fueled by enabling people to feel empowered and reminding them of their ‘sweet spot’.
On a lighter note, I refer to myself as ‘crazy dog lady’ (I have 5 of them!), dancing is my cardio, and spending quality time is one of my love languages (and yes, I bring dancing to my workshops too!).
As a big proponent of creating a safe space, I encourage people to bring their authentic selves and continue to stay engaged through challenging conversations and questions. Partnership being one of my top values, I enjoy creating long-term relationships with organizations and professionals who are consistent with their commitment and efforts, to make transformation happen.
These are some of my existing Consultancy Programs:
● Leadership Presence & Personal Branding
● Influence without Authority
● Leading Across Generations & Culture
● Game-Changing Presentation Skills
● Consultative Selling
● Creating Client Experience
